با استفاده از ترکیبات دارویی به همراه داروی مخدر در پمپ بی دردی داخل وریدی، تأثیر این روش بر نوزادان و میزان شکایات و عوارض بعد از عمل جراحی سزارین مادران را مورد بررسی قرار داده‌ایم.<b><!--stripped--><!--stripped--></b></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="line-height: normal"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Nazanin'">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Nazanin'"> این مطالعه یک کارآزمایی بالینی یک سویه است که با روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف بر روی 100 بیمار کاندید عمل جراحی سزارین انتخابی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان سجاد کرمانشاه در سال 1393 انجام شد. بیماران به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 50 نفره کنترل درد با تزریق توسط پمپ (مداخله) و داروهای ضد التهاب غیر استروئیدی (کنترل) Nazanin'">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'B Nazanin'"> نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که در عوارض مادری بین گروه مداخله و کنترل هنگام ترخیص تفاوت معنی سزارین برای مادر تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نگردید. همچنین در مورد رفلکس‌های نوزادی تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد.<!--stripped--><!--stripped--></span></p> <p><b><span dir="rtl" lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'B Nazanin'">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span dir="rtl" lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 115% font-family: 'B Nazanin'">با افزودن ترکیبات دارویی مختلف به پمپ‌های داخل وریدی شاید بتوان شرایط استفاده بیشتر از این روش بی دردی در مادرانی که تحت عمل سزارین قرار گرفته‌اند را فراهم کرد.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">&nbsp;</span></b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">This study is an unidirectional clinical trial with a purposive sampling method on100 patients undergoing elective cesarean section in 2014 were admitted to the Sadjad hospital in Kermanshah.</span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> The patients were divided into two groups of 50 people, namely, pain control by using intravenous injection pump (intervention group) and pain control by using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was used to compare qualitative variables. However, no significant difference in overall complications for the mothers between the intervention and control group during the first week after cesarean were showed.
