en چالش‌ها و عوامل پیشبرد در رهبری زنان در پرستاری مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني Management of health services پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Background & objective:</em></strong> Gender equity is imperative to the attainment of healthy lives and well-being of all, and promoting gender equity in leadership in the health sector is an important part of this endeavour, the present study aimed to evaluate the experiences of female educational supervisors on leadership challenges in Kermanshah hospitals.<br> <strong><em>Materials & methods:</em></strong> In this ante narrative study, the required data were collected in an individual semi-structured interview. Totally 12 nurses working in hospitals of Kermanshah city were selected by targeted sampling method. Analysis was done by content analysis.<br> <strong><em>Results:</em></strong> According to the research findings, the extracted themes included low self-confidence and the impact of professional role conflicts and family preferences.
