fa مروری بر کاربردهای تراشه‌های میکروسیال در تشخیص‌های بیولوژیکی نانوتکنولوژی پزشکی Nanomedicine مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پیشرفت‌های اخیر در دانش و فناوری سبب شده است تا شاهد انقلاب در بسیاری از حوزه‌های مختلف علمی و صنعتی باشیم. اصطلاح آزمایشگاه در یک تراشه یا به‌عبارت‌دیگر انجام انواع آنالیزهای پیچیده تنها در مدت‌زمان اندک و در یک فضای بسیار کوچک اصطلاحی است که در سال‌های اخیر بسیار رایج گردیده و آنچه درگذشته به‌عنوان یک آرزو مطرح بوده اکنون به‌صورت عملی و واقعی وارد زندگی نوع بشر شده است. در این مقاله تلاش گردیده تا نوع خاصی از فناوری آزمایشگاه بر روی یک تراشه که البته یکی از رایج‌ترین آن‌ها نیز هست، یعنی دانش و فناوری میکروسیال (میکروکانال) موردبحث و بررسی قرار گیرد. گستره وسیع کاربرد این فناوری سبب گردیده است تا استفاده از آن به‌سرعت عملی گردد. هرچند گستره‌ی این فناوری بسیار وسیع است و در بسیاری از شاخه‌های علم و صنعت وارد گردیده اما در اینجا تنها کاربردهای این فناوری در حوزه‌های تشخیصی در پزشکی و بیولوژی موردتوجه قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله به‌خصوص به بررسی دستگاه‌های ساخته‌شده با فناوری میکروسیال برای آنالیز </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">DNA</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، دستگاه‌های تشخیصی بر اساس جداسازی، دستگاه‌ها برای بررسی، مرتب کردن و آنالیز عمومی سلول‌ها و دستگاه‌های مبتی بر اساس پروتئین موردبحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Recent advances in science and technology caused the Revolution in many different fields of science and Industry. The term lab on a chip or performing difficult analyses only in a short time and in a small space is an expression which becomes very common in recent years. Today, the things which were wishes in the past, are becoming real and inserted in the real life of humankind. In this article, it is tried to study and discuss a special kind of lab on a chip technology, which is called microfluidic (or microchannel). Although this is a vast technology, and it was inserted in many branches of Science and Industry, but here, we have discussed only the applications of this technology in medical and biological diagnostic fields.
