fa بررسی خصوصیات دموگرافیک و بالینی مبتلایان به واژینوز باکتریال در درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان امیر المومنین شهر اهواز زنان و زايمان Gynecology & Obstetrics پژوهشي Research <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt"> واژینوز باکتریال شایع‌ترین علت واژینیت در زنان سنین باروری است. مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین خصوصیات دموگرافیک و بالینی مبتلایان به واژینوز باکتریال جهت کمک به شناسایی سریع‌تر افراد مبتلا  در مراجعین بیمارستان امیر المومنین اهواز طراحی گردید.</span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt">مواد و روش‌ها</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt">: طی یک مطالعه توصیفی-  مقطعی با نمونه‌گیری آسان 120 خانم غیر باردار 45-15ساله مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان امیر المومنین پس از تایید تشخیص واژینوز باکتریال بر اساس معیار امسل، وارد مطالعه شدند. مشخصات دموگرافیک و بالینی بیماران در پرسشنامه‌ای که به همین منظور تهیه شده بود ثبت شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) استفاده گردید.</span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt">نتایج</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt">: در این مطالعه 120 خانم مبتلا به واژینوز باکتریال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. میانگین سن افراد مبتلا به واژینوز باکتریال 3/31 سال بود و 3/68% آن‌ها فعالیت جنسی خود را در سن کمتر از 20 سال شروع کرده بودند. شایع‌ترین شکایت بیماران بوی بد ترشحات (60%) و پس از آن افزایش ترشحات واژینال بود (3/33%) در 95% افراد تست ویف مثبت و در 95% بیش از 20% سلول کلیدی در ترشحات حضور داشت. در همه افراد </span><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 8pt">pH</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt"><span dir="rtl"></span><span dir="rtl"></span> ترشحات بیشتر مساوی 5/4 بود.</span></font></p> <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">نتیجه‌گیری</font></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 10pt"><font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">: شایع‌ترین شکایت بیماران بوی بد ترشحات و پس از آن افزایش ترشحات واژینال بود که برای تشخیص سریع‌تر و دقیق‌تر واژینوز باکتریال در مطب و درمانگاه‌ها، در کنار استفاده از اسیدیته ترشحات واژن و تست ویف به طور همزمان که انجام آن آسان بوده و زمان بر نیست، کمک شایان می‌کند.</font><font face="B Nazanin"><o:p /></font></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Background & Objective</span></i></b><b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause of vaginitis among women of reproductive ages. This study evaluated demographic and clinical characteristics </span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">of patients with bacterial vaginosis to help diagnosis of patients referring to Ahvaz Amir Almoomenin hospital.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Materials & Methods:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 120<b> </b></span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">non-pregnant women of 15-45 years in reproductive ages referring to</span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> Ahwaz Amir Almoomenin hospital</span><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> were included after confirmed diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis based on Amsel criteria. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) were used for data analysis.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: normal"><b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Results:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 10pt font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> 120 women with bacterial vaginosis were studied. The mean age for bacterial vaginosis was 31.3 years. 68.3% had sexual activity before 20 years. Their most common complaints were malodor discharge (60%) and increased vaginal discharge (33.3%). Whiff test was positive in 95.83% of patients. More than 20% of clue cells were in 96.6% of them.. The discharge PH was greater than or equal to 4.5.</span></p> <b><i><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 107% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif">Conclusion:</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 10pt line-height: 107% font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif"> The patiensts most common complaints were malodor discharge and increased vaginal discharge, respectively.
