fa بررسی میزان تطابق درمان فشار خون با گاید لاین 7-JNC در بیمارن مراجعه کننده به خانه‌های بهداشت مراکز بهداشت و درمان شهرستان فسا قلب وعروق Cardiology پژوهشي Research <p> <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> انتخاب داروی ضد فشارخون مهمترین بخش درمان پرفشاری خون است؛ لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان تطابق درمان فشار خون با گاید لاین 7-JNC در بیماران مراجعه کننده به خانه‌های بهداشت مراکز بهداشت و درمان شهرستان فسا در سال 1390 انجام گرفت. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش‌ها :</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی جامعه پژوهش شامل 200 نفر از افراد مبتلا به فشارخون بودند که به روش غیر تصادفی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و نحوه استفاده از داروهای ضد فشارخون بر اساس گایدلاین (JNC-7) بود. پس از بررسی و تایید روایی محتوایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، اطلاعات با آمار توصیفی و نرم افزار SPSS-15 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> 60 درصد از بیماران در stage-1 فشارخون و 40 درصد در stage-2 فشارخون قرار داشتند. شایعترین داروی مصرفی در مرحله 1 فشارخون بتا بلاکرها بود. شایعترین داروی مصرفی در مرحله 2 فشارخون داروهای ACEI و دیورتیک‌های تیازیدی بود که این روند درمان با گاید لاین JNC_7 مطابقت داشت. در بیماران با علت زمینه‌ای نارسایی قلبی و بیماران دیابتی از داروهای بتا بلاکر استفاده شده بود که این درمان با گاید لاین JNC-7 مطابقت نداشت. </p><p> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> درمان بیماران پرفشارخون با علت زمینه‌ای با گاید لاین 7 JNC-مطابقت ندارد بنابراین توصیه می‌شود با برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی جهت پزشکان عمومی آنها را از روند درمان‌های جدید که نتایج مطلوب تری در بهبود بیماران دارند آگاه ساخت. </p> <font face="Times New Roman"
