fa بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرتوکاران از اصول حفاظت در برابر اشعه و رعایت استانداردهای حفاظتی در مراکز تصویربرداری پزشکی بیمارستان‌های شهرستان فسا در سال 1394 راديولوژي Radiology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> اگر چه پرتوهای یون‌ساز در تشخیص بیماری‌ها موثرند، اما از دیدگاه حفاظت برای بیماران و پرتوکاران شاغل در بخش‌های رادیولوژی خطرناک می‌باشد؛ لذا آگاهی، آشنایی و کاربرد حفاظت در برابر پرتوها می‌تواند دارای اهمیت باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرتوکاران از اصول حفاظت در برابر اشعه در مراکز تصویربرداری پزشکی بیمارستان‌های شهرستان فسا می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong><strong> ا</strong>ین مطالعه به صورت توصیفی<span dir="LTR">- </span>&nbsp;مقطعی می‌باشد که در بین همه 50 پرتوکار شاغل در مراکز رادیولوژی شهرستان فسا انجام شد. ابزار سنجش پرسشنامه‌ای محتوی اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سوالاتی در رابطه با میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرتوکاران رادیولوژی در مورد حفاظت پرتویی بود. اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌های تکمیل شده با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS19</span> مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> نرخ مشارکت پرتوکاران 100 درصد بود و میانگین و انحراف معیار امتیاز مربوط به آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرتوکاران در زمینه حفاظت در برابر پرتوها به ترتیب 36/42، 4/62 و 54/48 درصد به دست آمد. بین میزان آگاهی آن‌ها بر حسب مدرک تحصیلی تفاوت معنی داری از لحاظ آماری وجود داشت، اما بین سن، جنس و سابقه کار پرتوکاران و میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد آن‌ها رابطه معنی دار وجود نداشت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با افزایش میزان تحصیلات میزان آگاهی پرتوکاران افزایش می‌یابد. برای بالا بردن سطح آگاهی پرتوکاران بهتر است دوره بازآموزی مربوط به حفاظت در برابر پرتوها را برگزار نمود<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background & Objectives</strong>: Although ionizing radiation is effective in the diagnosis of illnesses, it is dangerous from the perspective of protection for patients and radiographers working in radiology sections. Therefore, knowledge, understanding, and application of radiation protection can play an important role. The aim of this study is to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice of the radiation protection principles in radiation workers in medical imaging centers and hospitals in Fasa, Fars, Iran.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Materials & Methods: </strong>The present study is a cross-sectional one among all 50 radiation workers employed in radiology departments of this city. A questionnaire was the means of evaluation which contained demographic information and questions about the knowledge, attitude, and practice of radiology staff regarding the radiation protection. All of the completed questionnaires were analyzed, using SPSS19 software.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="LTR">Results: </span></strong><span dir="LTR">Radiographers&rsquo; participation rate was 100%, and the mean score of knowledge, attitude, and practice of radiation workers in the field of radiation protection was 42.36, 62.4, and 48.54, respectively. Depending on the degree of their knowledge, there was no statistically significant difference between the radiographers&rsquo; age, gender, and work experience, and the relationship between the following factors was not substantial.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that by increasing the level of education, the awareness of radiation workers increases, too.
