fa مقایسه دو روش آموزش از طریق فیلم و آموزش شفاهی بر رضایت مندی و عوارض بعد از عمل بیماران تحت آنژیوگرافی کرونر آموزش بهداشت Health Education پژوهشي Research <p align="right"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> آنژیوگرافی کرونر یکی از روشهای تشخیصی قطعی بیماری عروق کرونر است. یکی از مداخلات مهم قبل از انجام این روش دادن آموزش به بیماران در مورد آنژیوگرافی کرونر می باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، مقایسه دو روش آموزش از طریق فیلم و آموزش شفاهی روتین بر رضایتمندی و عوارض بیماران تحت انجام این روش می باشد. </p><p align="right"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 128 بیمار کاندید آنژیوگرافی کرونر مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان بر طبق معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و آزمون قرار گرفتند. برای گروه آزمون یک فیلم آموزشی حاوی اقدامات لازم قبل، حین و بعد از آنژیوگرافی ارایه شد. بعد از انجام آنژیوگرافی میزان عوارض (تهوع، استفراغ، خونریزی و هماتوم) بیماران دو گروه در طی 6 ساعت استراحت در تخت با استفاده از مشاهده محقق و گزارش بیمار و میزان رضایتمندی بیماران از آموزش ارائه شده با استفاده از مقیاس 4 حالته (لیکرت) سنجیده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی نظیر آزمون تی مستقل و مجذور کای و نرم‌افزار SPSS 15 انجام گرفت. </p><p align="right"><strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که میزان رضایتمندی بیماران در گروه آزمون بطور معنی داری بیشتر از گروه کنترل می باشد(001/0 > P). بین دو گروه از نظر میزان عوارض بعد از آنژیوگرافی کرونر تفاوت معنی داری یافت نشد. </p><p align="right"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه کاربرد آموزش چند رسانه ای را در افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران تحت آنژیوگرافی کرونر تایید می کند. توصیه می شود از روش آموزش با استفاده از فیلم به عنوان جانشین آموزش شفاهی روتین قبل از پروسیجر آنژیوگرافی استفاده شود. </p> <p><strong>Background & Objectives:</strong> Coronary angiography is one of definitive diagnostic tests for coronary artery disease. Patients' education is one of the most interventions before coronary Angiography. The objective of this study is to compare two patients' education method (Video & Verbal) on patients' satisfaction and complications after coronary angiography. </p><p>Ma<strong>terials & Methods:</strong> In a quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest design, 128 patients randomly assigned to either control or experimental group. Control group received verbal routine education by nurses and experimental group received an informative video about coronary angiography procedure as well as pre and post angiography interventions. Complications of patients were assessed by observation of researcher and satisfaction measured by a 4-state scale. The date analyzed by descriptive and analytic statistics. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Analysis of data showed that the satisfaction of patients in experimental group was higher than control group. This difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). There was no statistically significant difference between two group regarding complications (P>0.05). </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Results of this study confirmed the application of multi-media education in increasing patients' satisfaction.
