fa بررسی مقایسه ای کیفیت زندگی بیماران دریافت کننده پیوند کلیه با بیماران همودیالیزی و دیالیز صفاقی شهر کرمان در سال 1391 پرستاري Nursery پژوهشي Research <p> <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> بر اساس تعریف سازمان جهانی بهداشت کیفیت زندگی حالتی از سلامت کامل فیزیکی، ذهنی و اجتماعی است و نه فقط فقدان بیماری. بیماری مرحله انتهایی کلیه و درمان‌های آن کیفیت زندگی بیماران را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر به بررسی کیفیت زندگی بیماران پیوند کلیه، همودیالیز و دیالیز صفاقی شهر کرمان در سال 1391 و مقایسه آن بر اساس اطلاعات جمعیتی- شناختی می‌پردازد. </p><p><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع "تحلیلی- مقایسه‌ای" بر روی335 بیمار دیالیزی (150بیمار همودیالیزی، 95بیمار دریافت کننده پیوند کلیه و90 بیمار دیالیز صفاقی) در بخش‌های همودیالیز، دیالیز صفاقی و نفرولوژی بیمارستان‌ های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال 1391 انجام شده است. </p><p><strong>نتایج:</strong> میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی بیماران همودیالیزی 53/13± 97/44، بیماران دیالیز صفاقی 48/5± 70/65 و بیماران دریافت کننده پیوند 68/6± 78/75بوده و از نظر آماری بین این سه گروه تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت. </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج حاصله، کیفیت زندگی بیماران دریافت کننده پیوند نسبت به سایرین در حد مطلوب‌تری می‌باشد و کیفیت زندگی بیماران همودیالیزی نسبت به گروه‌های دیگر به طور معنی داری پائین‌تر بود. </p> <p> <strong>Background & Objective:</strong> According to the World Health Organization (WHO) definition, quality of life is a state of complete physical, mental, and social health not merely the absence of the disease. End stage renal disease and its treatment affect patients' quality of life. Therefore, the present study surveyed the quality of life in renal transplant recipients, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis patients in Kerman in the year 2012. The comparison was based on demographical information. </p><p><strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This cross sectional study is an "analytical - comparison" one, which was conducted on 335 dialysis patients (150 hemodialysis patients, 95 renal transplant recipients, and 90 patients of peritoneal dialysis) in Hemodialysis , peritoneal dialysis, and nephrology wards of the educational hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Science in the year 2012. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> The mean scores of life quality in hemodialysis patients, peritoneal dialysis patients, and renal transplant recipients were 44.97±13.53, 65.70±5.48, and 75.78 ± 6.68, respectively. There was a significant difference between these three groups. </p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, the life quality of renal transplant recipients is better than other groups.
